Sir, I am resident of H.No.4-102 Road No.5, RTC Colony, Chengicherla. Drainage connection from my home to main Drainage pipeline (Manhole) seems to be blocked as it is emitting bad smell. While we proceed to your Men working nearer to our home last one week back, they have not attended our House for clearing the Drainage. They advised us to complain individually, so that they will come and clear the Drainage. Kindly send your men for clearing the Drainage pipeline as the mansoon is fast approaching and if not attended, it is every chance of overflowing the drainage manhole on the road. Thanking you.
