Drainage Overflow — im complaining about drainage sump overflow

Respected sir,

This is srividhya, i’m residing in anna nagar west, sunflat apartment, nvn nagar (Begins jj complex).
We are facing trouble in drainage overflow for the past 6 months, we are doing our side work temporarily and adjusting for these days. My parents are aged persons and they have some health conditions too, it is very difficult for us to use toilet and bathroom as we are in ground floor.

Behind our apartment, tamil nadu slum clearance board building work is going, it may take 1 year approximately to finish it, people are saying that our problem will sort out only if this construction gets over.

I request you to look after this as soon as possible sir,
As it’s quarantine going on in chennai, we feel very difficult to stay at home in this condition.
