Dear sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I got a call from the customer care number [protected] which is the same number of sbi cc customer care number on 19th October 2023, the person asking regarding card protection plan, then I told him that I didn't activate that he replied if you don't Continue kindly share some information of card then I only gave him card number and expiry date, he replied after some times ok, today I have checked my outstanding then saw the amount deducted in unbillled transaction of Rs 82037.00 from Dreamplug Paytech Solutions Mumbai, then I checked my SMS and got the message of OTP and after that deduction completed sms on the same day 19th October 23, So I am requesting you to kindly consider this complaint against the fraud done with me by Dreamplug Paytech Solutions Mumbai, and revert my transaction amount on my Credit Card-72.
