We took a car from drivezy and met with an accident. The incident happened around 1 am on 20 oct 2019. They were not allowing us to leave and therefore we had a pay an amount of Rs 25000 to leave from that place. Next day we came with the mechanic and took the car and got it repaired. Still drivezy executive did not agree and told us it is not repaired properly. We again took the car and got it repaired. Now they have ended the ride also but they have not refunded our deposit amount. After ending the ride, they are charging us an amount of Rs 10000 by saying that clutch plate is damaged. But we asked from the mechanic and he said there is no issue in clutch plate. They are simply cheating us and mentally harassing us from lat 2 and half months. Even customer care executives are not supportive. Please help. As per the rental agreement of the drivezy, they can charge a maximum penalty of Rs 9999 from customer. Even they don’t have any policy by which they can keep a deposit from customer. It has been more than 2 and half months and we have not received a single penny. Please help
