Respected sir/madam, i have enrolled for working with this company and started working. On the 2nd day of working i was getting errors in the site so i wasn't able to do work for several hours. They have given me helpline no. But somehow it got deleted. So i called and sent messages to the executive who had provided me this job as if she can provide me with the helpline no. But she didn't reply to messages neither she took my calls. And today, on 08th june 2020, i got a mail and call from their lawyer (Don't know if he is fake), that i have to pay regs fees of ₹6700, according to the agreement. If i fail to pay this before 3pm today they will send my file to the court for legal actions and file a case against me. He was saying that cases are filed against me under section 73, 74 and 75. Now they are threatening me continously through calls, messages and emails that they will send notice to my house. Kindly help and track them as soon as possible. They also said there is a helpline no. Available at the end of log in page but its not there. I am sending screenshots of the same and also of the whatsapp chat from the executive.
