DLID: [protected] - Nissan Micra XV Premium Diesel Car - Not available for sale but the advertisement still available in droom.
I saw this in droom website on 28-Oct-2020 and paid the token advance for the car DLID: [protected], believing on the prompt services of droom. But I failed in my belief. The company droom had cheated me by keeping a sold vehicle advertisement at attractive price in their website. I paid the token and they shared the contact of the seller as "Bhavani Cars" in Chennai [protected]. This number is not at all reachable and switched off. I raised a dispute and requested for refund. They said it is initiated and it will be processed in 5-7 working days. But unfortunately I didn't get any email or SMS stating the status of refund so far. Also the misleading advertisement is still not removed from their website. For your notice and take necessary action please.

They didn't email me. But I followed up with their customer care number many times and
I got my money returned. I don't know whether your website have any influence on them because after posting here in this forum, I got the quick response.
