Droppedpin.net — Order not fulfilled and non responsive customer support

I placed an order with Droppedpin.net on 2nd July 2014. Order ref # VWOUQNBVW. Since then there has been no update. I have sent 3 emails to them but all I got is an auto-response that I will get a response in 48 hours but i did not get any response. I even contacted them through their facebook page and sent a facebook message to the facebook page admin Ms. Pooja Sengupta but have not received any reply. I have requested refund of my amount but got no reply to that either.
