Drs Dilip Roadlines Limited — Non delivery of Luggage

I have availed the services of the company M/s. DRS DILIP ROADLINES LIMITED, popularly known as AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS, for transporting my household items from Visakhapatnam to Gandhinagar ( Gujarat).

The company’s branch office at Visakhapatnam had collected the luggage (51 cartons) from our house at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam on 24.11.2021. They promised us to deliver the luggage at Gandhinagar ( Gujarat) around 1st week of December’21. But the company failed to deliver and finally after repeated follow up they could deliver only on 20.12.2021. But I had received only 48 cartons and 3 cartons were missed. And so many items, both glass and non-glass items were broken. I have immediately notified the company’s personnel at their Ahmedabad office, Visakhapatnam office and the company’s head office at Hyderabad.

Initially they assured me that the luggage will be surely located and will be delivered within 3 to 4 day’s time or max. 1 week. I trusted them and waited for my luggage.

After a day of delivery, one of the company’s customers ( who also availed the company’s service at around same time for delivery of his house belongings from Visakhapatnam to Bharuch, Gandhinagar) called me and informed that one of my cartons was delivered at his home s as alongwith his luggage, a few days back. I have immediately informed the company’s Head office at Hyderabad and also their Branch office at Ahmedabad.

As days passed on and as my missing luggage was not delivered, I started calling and sent emails to the Head office. But no one responded and not even acknowledged my complaint.

Now they are expressing their inability to locate the 2 cartons and not even delivered the1 carton, which they have collected from Bharuch, a week to 10 days back.

There is a gross negligence of service on company and it’s’ personnel at all levels .
