[Resolved]  DTC — Misbehaviour of the Conductor- DL 9969

I took the bus from Sector 11 (Noida Border), gave Rs. 10/- to the conductor (AC Bus), he said he want 20/-, is the charges upto Mayur Vihar Phase 3, I said the min. charges is Rs. 10/- and if it 10/- u give the ticket or return by money, i will get down. He didn't return back my money nor gave me ticket for the amount given. Then when so much argument he gave me ticket and asked me to get down from bus, and the amount of the ticket is over. I told him if it is over 10/- just return back my money I will get down at the place of boarding. When we reached Mayur Vihar phase 3, he was not letting me get down from the bus, I asked the booth to give me complaint book, he said it is with Conductor. The conductor was not ready to give me complaint book even, he was saying tell me I am here only. How can we register a complaint against the conductor, if the book is with him only. I have the ticket with me as a proof. Vehicle No. is DL 9969 (AC) reached at 3.10 p.m. at Mayur Vihar Phase on Saturday. The Number is 34A Ticket No. is 48233
