Subject: Complaint
Dear Team,
This has the reference of quintessentially unprofessional attitude and deliberate n conscious persecution of customer.(My parents both senior citizen)
The services for home solutions from Dulux taken in Nov-14, Within 7 days of the completion of work the paint started peeling-off. When d said matter told to local personnel they did not take a note of it and later stopped answering calls.(My parents used to call them as most of the time I am not home-Who is responsible for intentional persecution and harassment of Senior Citizens.)
A way back a complaint was lodged and a representative visited but he just took snaps and never turned back.
Somehow I managed a senior official's number who visited us along with R&D official. The R&D guy instructed the contractor to rectify the issue and briefed the procedure and modus-operandi. It has already passed more than 1 month and nothing followed hitherto.
A complaint has been lodged yesterday on toll fee number [protected] and had a word with Ms.Kumud, It has been given to understand that the cell no. registered-[protected]-is the complaint number too.
Since the completion of work in Nov-14 neither the acknowledgement of payment made nor any documentation stating job, warranty etc. has been given to us.
Is the way Dulux work?
