I ordered Ice cream along with vegetables. But when I received the material I found 2 no’s of Ice cream box of Rs 431/- was missing. I immediately contacted through help option. But after lot of time still my complaint not resolved and asked to send email. I sent email with details and it’s vey surprising that got reply that we can’t refund. This is really very pathetic service from Dunzo. How can Dunzo can’t refund if you are not delivered the items. It’s cheating from Dunzo. Was this information helpful? |
