Dunzo — Refund amount of INR 714 is not credited

Hi,

I have ordered groceries from dunzo app on dated 10th June 2022 around 10pm but due to some technical issues from your side order is cancelled and amount of Rs.714 is debited from my gpay acount.

I have trying multiples times fir refund of my money back but still not received any positive response from your side.

So kindly looking into it on urgent basis.
