I ordered a few items from dunzo which was cancelled by the merchant due to unavailability of resources. The payment was made through UPI which was worth rs.206. After cancellation I was informed by the application that I would be receiving the refund in 7 working days. It's has already been more than 20 days I am not getting the refund amount back.
