I purchased duravit flash. But water is continusously over flowing, i had made complaint many times but still problem not resolved so i request you to look into it and solve the problem .my address is R50 Anna nagar chennai.please note i am not able to use it as water is continuousely flow i was told that it need to change some parts please send some one to rectify it. We having 30nos Bath tub in Resort, most of the drains not working, having problems in talentofil knob and drain plug system, further I contacted Local supplies to get this repaired they don't have any idea how to fix it, so can you help us to arrange for service technician to resolve the issue by replacing spare parts.
