My id no - [protected] & registered mobile no ' [protected] throgh on line paid rs.360/ on 13.02.2019 but neither your company rechrged my tv nor refund said amount till today in other hand today on enqurey, you wrongly informed that my balace in said id is rs 11.00. When on 15.02.2019 throgh dealer i have recharged rs200.00 so please refund my amount of rs360.00 immidiatly and rectify the defect of balance of my tv... And to rquest you not to harras in such way otherwise will compled to surrender your connection..& file case for such illegality & harrassment.. Ravi n mukherjee. Advocate

My wall mount WC of Duravit company which I purchased 4 yrs back in Jaipur Rajasthan, cover of WC is cracked and flush is not working. I hv tried helpline number also but m not getting through it. Duravit is a trusted name so i bought this product and now m not getting my problem resolved. I will have to register a complaint in consumer forum.

My WC Seat cover Hinges have broken but the local dealer I contacted has not shown any interest in providing proper service.
