Duravit India — Poor quality of parts

One of the hinges on the toilet seat in the Commode broke within two years of installation. To add to our vows, I am unable to find a replacement. This was builder provided. While the warranty on other brands like Kohler is valid and they have excellent after sales service, Duravit does not seem to have one . Please help to get it repaired by the company . I

The seat cover of wall mounted comode is not fitting and the hydraulic soft closoure is not working. The seat cover is not bright white and the colour is fading.
