We had bought all toilet products from duravit for our new house thinking it would be of good quality as we have heard of its brand name. But we are really angry with the duravit products as all the products have either broken or rusted in spite of good maintenance. When we informed your people about the problem we are facing, they were so rude and said that the 5 years warranty is over, so nothing can be done. Even if they can’t do anything they should be polite to their customers.
