Durian Industries — Cheating, Threatening & Harassment by Parmod {[protected]} & Avinish {[protected]} Durian Furniture Employee

Dear Parmod,

Again phone received from Avinish regd the damaged 3 seater Sofa which I have not received, only 2 Seater receipt I have been given to your employee as per your advice.
&
Avinish Mobile no-[protected] & he is forcing me to take damaged 3 Seater Sofa or My worker is visiting your home for checking it & will repair also but according to our discussion it will be replaced with new one yesterday and why you are wasting my time & yours also?

This type of threatening you all gave to me lasted from1 day.

May I know why you are all forcing me to get this damaged sofa or repaired. I have given full & final payment for Rs-111000/- plus 1000/- for an old sofa exchange after this why I take this damaged product.

Really very surprising to see it's cheating & harassment with me & my wife on 15th May when we visited your showroom for checking the sofa but you have not shown us & take payment full without shown the product & you told us that don't worry about sofa it will delivered to you in OK form not even a single cut if you receive damaged then we will provide you new one.

Now everybody is threatening to take the same & it's totally cheating & harassment for my family & we are very much mentally disturb hence no option is there for me only option is consumer court.

Don't want to deal more with Durian employees like Parmod who has given us this deal & Avinish is having attitude & behavioural issues and does not sense to talk with the customer.

On the very first day you all created a dispute after taking all payments & how can i expect for durian Sofas as far as warranty is concerned for 5 years..

THIS IS ALL MY CONCERNS & to see this I am not interested in taking this sofa hence provide my Sofa & take this.it's in a packed position & not opened by us,

Request you to kindly refund all Payments complete as received by you including cash 1000/- Rs because we are all family members fully harassed & mentally disturb.

Dear Parmod,

Today I have received only 2 Seater Durian Sofa against my full payments & given receipt already discussed with you the same time & 3 Seater Sofa not received by me due to damage Photograph attached & according to your advice it's lying with me for return back/ Exchange and I am waiting for a new one fresh 3 Seater Durian Sofa & You & your staff committed me wait for at least 10 days & after that we will provide you a new one & exchange with the damaged 3 Seater Sofa lying with you & kindly hold it till further advice.

Also given an old sofa for exchange & given 1000/- Cartage as per your advice.

Very surprised to see this after giving full & final payments to you but received only 2 Seater Sofa & damaged 3 Seater.

Kindly look into this on a priority basis & arrange a replacement.
