Durian Industries — Door frames

Please find the attached picture, A kind of Mushroom has formed inside the bathroom door frame. I’m really wondered what kind of quality did Durian was using. We are really not happy for the kind of Quality used.

We are from SBB Sapphire, Bangalore. Recently we have purchased a new flat here, in which builder added Durian Door frames, bathroom doors to all the flats . Not less than 2 months we have started observing issues from all the flats complaining about the quality of door frames and doors. We have submitted a consolidated report to Builder / Durian for resolution, since it is under warranty. But so far no action has been taken.

Once again, this is seriously not acceptable.
