I have purchase one sofa and centre table for my home. The quality and service for sofa is awesome. The glass top of centre table is creating continuous problem as the adhesive which holds the glass top always got dislodged. Many times I have to follow up with showroom and they send their technician to refit it but again after few days same problem. Now it’s more than a week I have visited the showroom and complained. l purchased one two seater recliner from durian authorized shop puducherry last year paying Rs 65000/-. They assured 5 years warranty for the item.After one year the leather cover started peeling off at seating area, hand rest area and head rest area, Informed to Durian shop and mailed the matter to durian customer support two times .But no reply received from customer support.Shop is asking Rs 33000/- for replacing the leather cover.It is obvious that the fault is due to the material they used.So be careful.
