For possession of the flat by the builder in the aravali project.
Bcoz:
- we have paid over 110% of the cost of the flat.
- the purchase price is: rs1380……p. Sq. Ft. Size of flat is…1250…. Sq. Ft. Total cost is:…….1725000
And that you have paid rs…2400000……. Already. Which is more than the contracted cost of the flat.
- parking slot price rs.75, 000/- to rs.1, 50, 000/- not payable as per orders of h’ble sc.
- club membership not poayable as it is optional and moreover the club is not even constructed and that it is proposed to be constructed on the common super area which is jointly owned by the resients.
- all charges of account of electricity, water, power back-up to be paid at the time when the project is granted these connections. The same shall become payable at the rates fixed by the govt.
- edc / idc not payable as they are included in the cost of the flat.
