E-Meditek — regarding claim settlement

I have submitted my claim in the month of july 17. Now in the last week the claim got approved but now when i have contacted the customer care number then came to know that my bank details not been uploaded, however while submitting all the documents i have provided my cancelled cheque.

Even i have not received any update from your end about bank account details.

As your customer care agent advised, i have sent my bank passbook and all the account details on the given email address i. E. [protected]@emeditek.com

Kindly get those details updated on the profile and process the claim as early as possible.

This is Mandeep Kour, employee I'd 277867. I am stuck in the hospital just because e meditek staffs are not efficient enough to complete the claim process in a justified time period. It has been more than 5 hours now. It very sad and unfortunate to be associated with a company like yours..
