E-Mudhra — support for recovery of lost digital signature denied

Dear sir,
We have purchased one class iii digital signature & encryption certificate from e-mudhra for 3 years on march 2017. @ rs. 5, 500/- & it had been working properly.
It was found non-functioning on september 2017.
We contacted e-mudhra customer care for resolving the issue. As revealed during discussion with customer care team of e-mudhra & subsequent remote checking of our trust key usb token by them through anydesk, encryption certificate was found whereas digital signature was not found in the token. We request them for recovery of the same from their database. But, they denied to provide support & recommend to purchase a new digital signature on 12-10-17, which is completely un-ethical business practice. Please note that, as per their software digital signature cannot be copied or saved which is normally allowed by other software applications, in order to enable customer self recovery.
Therefore, we would request you to kindly take necessary action in order to recover the concerned digital signature to enable us to resume our related work.
