E-Thottam — e thottam vegetable pack not delivered for more than a week

I placed an order last saturday - 25th april and no response from the ethottam, they are not picking call, most of the times it is busy.

Now government started misusing digital sites for stealing people money, they should be ashamed of that keeping people in dark and not even picking the call is a shame for tamilnadu horticulture dept.

Please deliver the order or refund the money, when private delivery like big basket are having refund option enabled properly at any time why the horticulture dept is not facility like this.

Please dont play with people emotions and hard earned money, you will lose our trust and repent for that
