E-Thottam — product not delivered

I had ordered for fruits on the 7th of April but still now not received the same. inspite of calling the contact nos multiple times, no one is responding. Dont know whom to contact. My order number is 1822. The status is still shown as processing. Whats the status. How to get the money back
