E-Thottam — products not delivered

After seeing glorifying article about e-thottam in toi dated 25th april, i had ordered fruits worth rs.560 vide order no. 35589, invoice no. 10772 but even after 4 days, it's not delivered. Every time i call them, the standard reply is that it will get delivered that day evening. Emails to them never gets any response.
I urge all not to get carried away by these kind of inefficient, fraudulent and unreliable online portals.
