Sir,
I placed an order on line at ethottam.com website of Govt of Tamilnadu, vide order no.44802 on 01.05.2020 for delivery at KILPAUK CHENNAI 600010 AREA and the same is yet to be delivered, even after SIX DAYS.
The cluster incharge for kipauk chennai 10 area never answers the phone calls made. Also, the Madhavaram Zone incharge, in whose jurisdiction this kilpauk area was originally assigned was also contacted and he is also not answering the calls.
Two days back, some phone support phone numbers were introduced ([protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] The calls made to land lines given above are answered and the
person who attended the call assured to look into this case and do the needful but of no use.
I was asked to contact another no.[protected], which belongs to one Mr. Mahendra kumar, Deputy Director of Horticulture and the several attempts made to contact him went in vain. He is not at all answering the phone calls. So, I have sent two messages to his mobile no and even for that there is no response to that from him.
There is no further escalation mechanism in the website. Hence, I am now bringing this to the consumer portal for redressal of grievance. If there is any problem from ethottam end, I suggest to them to notifiy the same to the consumers for their information.
