Earth Iconic Infrastructures Pvt Ltd — Failure to comply with 'assured return scheme'

I have purchased a "earth titanium studio" apartment in the project by earth iconic infrastructures pvt ltd at the project location "tech zone (tz) - 06, greater noida, gautam budh nagar, uttar pradesh.

The mou was duly stamped on 20th of september 2013.
My customer code is etts - 0492.

Under this"assured return scheme", which the builder said is 'bank guaranteed', they were supposed to pay me an assured amount according to the investment made.

I have made all payments as per the demand raised but the builder unilaterally stopped sending the assured return cheques from octobe 2015.

A sum of rs 19, 305 every month is due to me from builder, october 2015 onwards.

Attempt to resolve the issue is eliciting no response from the side of builder.
