Dear, I have invested 30% of cost to completion for my 3BHk flat B101 . I have a idea that I will shift to my new flat in 2017 but I am disappointed to see the site that the proposed building yet to start now. Now I can't understand what to do ? Last 2 year no progress and the builder also did not respond me properly. I have paid the Corporation bank charges without disbursements any loan amount. We have booked a apartment in Earth Towne Greater Noida. Till date we have not received any construction update nor any communication from the company. When we visited the site no construction is going on. Could any body guide us how to quit from this booking and get the refund of our hard earned money.
