Ease My Trip — Full cancellation on refund for return round trip

Refund for the outbound sector Mumbai to goa was disbursed on 10/11/2023 and amount of Rs. 8960/-) (email attached) It has been more than 2 months and I am yet to receive my refund on the return round trip from Goa to Mumbai. I have sent numerous correspondence to both the Airlines as well as the travel agent, but no response.

Further to getting my refund for the outbound trip, I received a mail from Air India seeking my personal bank details so as to process the refund for the return round trip. Till date I have not received the refund due to me (email attached). Subsequently, Air India issued new RA numbers to process the refund RA numbers [protected] and [protected]. No update on the RA numbers

My humble request to the grievance cell to kindly redress the grievance of my aged parents, aged 87 years and 83 years and ensure that they get their refund at the earliest. It has been more than a year for the refund . the date of travel for the out bound trip is 21/12/2021 and the round return trip is 04/01/2022. I am yet to get my refund on behalf of my aged parents

It may be pertinent to note that since the bookings were done through the travel agent EMT, airlines have informed me that EMT is solely responsible or the refund. I have been following up for more thatn 1 year now but EMT has not processed the refund due to my aged parents 87 and 83 years.
