Ease My Trip — refund on the flight ticket, on same day of booking

I booked my domestic ticket with ease my trip, within one hour i cancelled my flight.. And indigo confirmed my refund amt. Immediately.. And i have emailed easemytrip.. But there is no response
I have to chase for my own money... And the airline has approved the same.. But ease my trip is still not approving the same... Its so much of chasing them..
Never ever book with them..
