I have ordered a product in easy Mall website but now as I can see there is no response from them and if I am tracking the order status still says pending.

As per mail conversation our team speaking to this customer, as per EDT Product deliver to customer .
I have attached conversation mail and delivery slip. please resolve this issuse.
Its totally affected our business.
