I ordered an item and paid 5156/- by Googlepay. The payment failed twice and then went through 3rd time. But order was not processed. So I contacted their customer service, shared payment proof etc. Every day I would contact them and get a standard response..WE WILL CHECK and GET BACK TO YOU. I have received that at least 10 times. But no one has bothered to reach out or check or sort the matter. They have neither shipped th eitem nor refunded my money. I have emailed them every day last 2 weeks. Seems like a fraud company.
