I had booked for Easy Cab facility in Delhi on 7/12/23 from Sundar Nagar at 10.45 pm pickup & drop at New Delhi Rly stn & I got the confirmation vis sms ( Booking ID - A[protected] along with the car details (car no 6897 & chauffeur no -[protected]) . I waited till 11.00 pm but I din't got any call from the driver or any sms from Easy Cabs that my booking got cancelled . Only when I call the driver mobile no, he told me that he had informed Easy cab that he is not able to attend this call & some body else will come for pick up for which I was having no information . Just you imagine at 11.00 pm night I have to make my own arrangements to reach Firstly I think 30 mins is too less a time if they cancel the cab and the the station as my Train was at 11.55 pm . Till date no information or sms from Easy Cab regarding cancellation . This is very poor & pathetic service from such an well known organisation . Even when I call the Easy Cab no for complaint no body picked up the phone . I need an urgent answer fro you as I have missed the train or else I will go to the consumer forum & media .
