This is in reference to an incident that happended today itself in the afternoon. I had booked an easy cab from my office to a relative's place on to&fro basis from sohna road. The cab number 7251 and Chauffer number is +91 [protected] (EASY CAB). This cab reported half an hour late than the scheduled time first of all and then once i was in the cab the driver started mumbling to himself and said things like "I dont know why our company takes such close pick up and drop services. They have no sense at all etc etc." I kept quiet all the way knowing that i should not retaliate due to my own safety issue. After this once we reached the destination the driver demanded cash payment upon which i told him that i had booked the cab on to&fro basis hence if he can wait for 5 min and then we can go back to my office. But he still insisted on the payment hence i handed over a note of Rs. 500/- and asked for change since the bill was only Rs. 150/-. He immediately said i should leave the balance and take it back in the end of the trip. Being a smart woman I did not leave my money with him and told him to probably take the total amount at the end of the trip itself. This is where he got agitated and told me "I can't take all this nonsense for Rs. 100 or so. I am leaving right now. You make your own arrangement for a drop from elsewhere. I dont have time for this "chilam-chilli"." I immediately got down from the cab and handed over him Rs. 200/- in exchange of the bill but he just drove off with the entire amount.
Somehow i managed to take an auto rickshaw after searching on the roads for 15 min and returned to the office. Upon my return the first thing i wanted to do is complain about the driver but got to know they have now removed the complaint menu from their website.
