I had booked a cab from Mayur Vihar till New Delhi station for 5:00 AM on 14th of July and got a confirmation with ID A[protected]. They confirmed my cab and said I will receive Chauffers details 30 mins before pick up. Luckily as during night time final match was going and we were awake, I started calling them from 4:30 AM onwards that I haven't received chauffeur details and asking them to forward me the same. But every time they had same reply that due to technical issue u haven't received message and will receive post this call. But i lost my control at 5:00 AM, when i asked them to let me speak to your supervisor. For that also I was told that I will get a call back but I knew there will be no call back and I would end missing my train, I asked agent that I am holding the cal and ask your supervisor to speak to me. After holding for a while, Supervisor Manan came to call and to my surprise he had an excuse that I have asked for a cab at 5:30. I had to tell him to have shame on telling lie as the message sent by you guys say 5 AM and you have odacity to lie in my face. Post that as soon as the call got disconnected, I receive a message saying due to unavailability, ur pick up is cancelled at 5:10. I would like to check with management. What kind of service is this. You have hired people saying lie on guests face I don't understand whatvis the harmharm in saying no in first go if you can't do anything. I called up Meru before calling Easy and the answer I got from them was that they are busy till 10 AM an can't take any booking which is far better than taking a booking and then not fulfilling to you requests.
