Easy Movies — Money deducted for buying tickets but no tickets confirmed. Money not returning back

Issue : amount of 319.73 rupees deducted for ticket booking and no tickets are confirmed. Amount is not returned back.

Details :
I tried booking 3 movie tickets online in easymovies using paytm wallet option with paytm ref number #2017031110234315279310c. The transaction is successful from paytm and it failed in easymovies site. Finally my tickets are not booked. I thought may be amount will be back in some time. I reached paytm and they informed that the transaction is successfull and the amount is paid to easymovies.

There is no customer care number given on easymovies site and they have provided only email id for support. I sent couple of followup emails but no one is responding. Can you help in getting the money back. Also these kind of people are to be severely punished. They charged 49.75 rupees as service charge for the tickets of amount 270. And are not giving the minimum service and refund for the failed transactions.
