Easy Movies — Money deducted for Kaidhi Number 150 Telugu movie(Kalyani Movie Max, Bowenpally, Secunderabad), but no ticket received.

I have booked two tickets for 'Kaidi Number 150' movie in 'Kalyani theatre'( Bowenapply, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500009 )for 9:30 pm show on 11th Jan, 2017. Money( Rs. 170) got deducted but no tickets received. I have paid this amount through Paytm wallet, and some balance amount added through HDFC net banking. Please kindly help me on getting this money back. I used mobile id [protected] and email id : Sampath.[protected]@yahoo.co.in for booking the tickets.
