Money Debited Transaction Not Completed Hello i booked 3 tickets on july 25, 2017, i paid money by paytm 352.17 Rupees. Money deducted from my payment account and easy movies is showing me "Went to payment gateway" message. When I approach paytm customer care they are asking for successful payment confirmation mail from your end. Please refund my money to my paytm acoount My paytm number is [protected]. Here I am attaching a screenshot of transaction for more details. It's really shame on your part if you are facing these type of problems after establishing a good brand image in the ticket booking market. Please respond and resolve my issue on priority, otherwise I am ready to send you the legal notice. As you are company is not maintaining any customer care number and customer supporting team.
