I cancelled my ticket with booking id EMT91309644 and INR 3000 is deducted as Airline Cancellation Charges where I got confirmation from airlines that there are no charges from their end.
Also i cancelled EMT91309644 and EMT91309256 on same day and same time and for EMT91309256 i for full refund, for EMT91309644 why 3k is deducted as AirlinesCancellationFees?
I spoke to 2, 3 ppl in customer care and they promised that I'll get a full refund. Please look into this asap and process my balance 3k refund ASAP.
