[Resolved]  Easy Ride Cab Services — process is too frustrating

We have booked cab for 7 members on 21/4/2014 but they have send cab for only 6 members

travel distance is 16km
first 10km it is 250
after that per km 22 so totally 382rs

But they have charged 480rs we asked why it is 480 but they said 1 person is extra so we have charged .

same 7 persons were travelled before 2 days(18/4/2014 ) trip id [protected] at that time they didn't charge this much


Please take the necessary action on this complaint

we were asking the customer care person but he is spoke with us very harshly .

If no action taken on this we will proceed further with consumer court legally .
