[Resolved]  Easyday Club — offer not redeemed as mentioned

I am an easyday club member and visited the easyday store, vip road, zirakpur (140603) on 16/10/2019. I received a message of 'free 2 kg sugar on billing of min inr500' at 19:55
My total billing amount was inr1753.95 on 19:50 as mentioned on bill and till 19:55 (When the message was received) i reached home.
Next day i went back to avail the offer but the cashier refused to give 2kg sugar as mentioned even after showing the bill and the code received in the message.
I request you to look into this matter and prevent such situations
