[Resolved]  Easyshopping4You.com — Wrong Product is shipped

Hi, I'm Tulasiram purchased Huawei E355 (Wifi Dongle) Data Card with order number #[protected] from easyshopping4you.com on January 25, 2014 .as they said that the product (Huawei E355 (Wifi Dongle) Data Card s not available they have another model which is of same features they send Huawei 8231 WIFI Dongle for the price 3000.after receiving the product I came to know that there are some differences in price and features between E355 and E8231 and The price they coated for the product(8231 E) is too high while comparing with other shopping sites. . i tell the customer care that I'm not satisfied and i want to return the product but they are dragging the issue and not accepting the return from my side even for 25 days . They don't even responded to mails and even for the calls, they always says that we call back after 5 mins this process happens for every day.but i dont get any calls from their side. one day they said that they accepted the request of return but the other day they said that your request is under process.they are dragging this from 1 month, im irritated with their behaviour.iam not happy with the service of easyshopping4you.com.please file this complaint against them and do the needful.
