I purchased a sennheiser headphone from EBAY on 09.07.2018 for Rs.1450 and found that the product is substandard and probably some technical defect producing no volume/bass at all.
I received the item on 13.07.2018. After office in the evening I used the headphone and found that the product wasn't working well.. thought that it might be my computer's issue in output so used it on my phone TV laptop ... but the same problem persist.
I raised claim immediately on 14.07.2018. Paisapay id [protected]. I even reported it to the ebay call center that there is something wrong with the headphone and have submitted for a claim. They confirmed that they have received request for the claim and will get back to me.
I have received a mail from EBAY stating that the product is genuine and everything is ok with it (surprisingly i don't know how they know that) and have rejected my claim. They have also mentioned in their reply that you many contact the seller directly and resolve the issue mutually. That is the only option that I have now.
