I had ordered the product on ebay.In
Canon 740xl & 741xl ink cartridge [set of 2] 740xl & 741x...[protected]
Full title of the product
Canon 740xl & 741xl ink cartridge [set of 2] 740xl & 741xl combo set - sp. Offer
100 % original & genuine - company sealed
The title of the product at the time of purchase was when order was placed
"canon 740xl & 741xl ink cartridge set of 2 740xl & 741xl combo set - sp. Offer" (Item id:[protected] from seller "itglobal2015"
Before placing order i had asked seller to inform how was he able to sell
And on receiving the delivery of the product, i had called seller and informed him that i have received only two cartridges and not four as mentioned in the title of the product, he responded only two were to be delivered and if i have any problem than i must contact ebay
I also informed him that he was charging more the product, he hung up the mobile replying that he will call me after few minutes
After not having received the call i had raised the ebay guarantee claim in my claim i had clearly mentioned that the quantity is not received

Total cost inr 3715.00
The amount charged by the seller is inr4, 141.00, inr426.00 charged extra
The claim was closed mentioning that the quality of the product is as mentioned under manufacturer warranty and claim is being closed, i was also informed that the listing was changed by the seller twice on 18/05/2016 and on 30/06/2016
I had called ebay and according to the female executive the ebay guarantee claim has been re-opend
Today on chat i was informed that once the claim is closed no one can re-open, i requested for the email id of appellate officer and i was refused that they are not allowed to disclose their superiors address
I don’t seek compensation i seek awareness for and on behalf of all the customer who don’t get proper reply from the companies like ebay and the seller associate, it is a very small amount but there may be bigger claim also with the unsatisfied and unhappy buyers
Please guide and help

sir with due respect the matter has not been resolved till yet according to the call received by me today they were consistently discusing about manufacturer warranty rather than about the quantity of material also mentioned to me that this call is recorded my request please pull out the audio with the time stam ans send me copy of entire communication, can be used as evidence againt ebay since the company has not read the matter written in my complaint they have not been talking about the manufacturer warranty i have already mentioned 2 set of combo cartridges means 4 cartridges rather than 2 cartridges, the seller has failed to supply the material the seller has simply refused on this matter and told me to contact ebay from that time the seller is not responding even ebay has failed to provide complete support instead they kept informing contact seller ( i hve screen shot of entire communication - ebay failed to sent me the transcript) even the title mentioned by me mentions about quantity and not manufacturer warranty thanks regards devendra

i request consumer complaint to look into matter from
wrong description of quantity of goods
secondly the price charged is more than the end user price
hiding / covering of facts the end user price was covered by the whitener by seller
intention to cheat buyer can clearly be observed
ebay trying to protect its seller rather than reading the actual content of the complaint

but on the site consumer complaint your team has posted that the matter has been resolved
let me clearly mention all facts
1. i have made complaint with respect to the quantity
2. ebay executives are trying to resolve the matter on manufacturer warranty
3. the price charged for the product is more than the price mentioned on product
4. the title of the product is ambiguous with respect to quantity
5. seller has updated the title of product twice, as per information provided by ebay executive on 18/05/2016 and on 30/06/2016
6. on 18/05/2016 i had received delivery of the product and first time i had contacted seller
7. nearly on 30/05/2016 i had contacted seller for the second time when your execitve had called to inform that the matter has been, on the ground that the product is covered in manufacturer warranty, i had tried to explain your executive that the quantity received by me is not as per title and description provided by the seller
8. in response from when inquired how was he able to sell at "such low " price, his response was they were importer of the product, that is the seller is trying to mislead as well as misguide the buyer, since the product received is for India sold by the company
9. the seller has bluntly refused to talk on any matter after making numerous calls, later the calls were unanswered
10. since the product is purchased at ebay, according to law ebay is also equally responsible
11. till now the matter is limited to forum only, if required in this matter particularly i have to file complaint in the consumer court i will do so because there may be more like who have fallen prey to such ambiguity
12. yesterday the call was received from ebay executive, at first i requested her to call after half an hour as i was in middle of meeting but she kept on continuing the communication, i had to disconnect the call from my end after informing ebay executive that she must read the content of the complaint properly, i have to leave my meeting in the middle
13. after few minutes i had received second call and the same matter of manufacturer warranty was informed, i had to repeatedly request her to kindly read the matter, the content, what is complaint is all about
14. lastly in this mail you are asking me to keep patience where the ebay executive don't have patience to call me after half and hour, i have never seen such a attitude from the company or its executives
15. please take the matter more seriously as i m creating more and more awareness on social sites about such an ambiguity- misleading and misguiding statements
