I placed an ebay order "[protected]". Paisapay: [protected] on 11-nov-2016. .
The seller shipped the item via fedex: tracking no:[protected].
The shipment was not delivered and it was returned back by fedex. Return tracking no:[protected]. The returned packaged was received by seller on 28-nov-2016.

New claim: 25078284
When i raised ebay claim, they said the seller has appealed against refund, hence refund is put on hold. But the communication from seller is "in fact we have intimate ebay that we haven't ship the product, so kindly refund to the buyer."
I have communicated via email and chat to ebay customer care. There is no proper response except the standard auto reply for me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours, no call back received. When i contact them, they ask for 5 days or 72 hours. Then again no response to my emails. This is getting too much. I need proper action against them and for all the hardship on me.
