[Resolved] Ebay.in — Didn't receive my refund

I ordered an item of Rs. 651 from ebay.in on 29th October and it was to get delivered in 7 days and it was not delivered so i raised a claim for refund but till date i have not received my refund. Whenever I call them then they say that I will get in 2 days but i have not received yet. Please take necessary actions. My number is [protected].
