Item bought under ebay gaurantee.
Different non working product sent.
Ebay asked to courier it in 3 days
I failed to courier it in 3 days due to busy schedule
Ebay called me and told i have 30 days to return
I returned back the item after getting a written confirmation from ebay before parcelling the item back to seller
Item recieved by seller.

Now ebay refuses to return money, and i have additional loss of money and time to courier item back
