I purchased Philips HR1363 Hand Blender(/white & Blue) Item No[protected] from ssnd_store (ebay seller). PaisaPay ID [protected] Seller Shipped faulty / refurbished product which is not operative at all. Submitted claim under eBay Guarantee* claim - 601047 Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay Ashish 2010 Remarks : I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under 1 year Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected. DOES EBAY GURANTEE PROGRAM MEAN : "AUTORIZE SELLER TO SHIP FAULTY / REFURBSHED PRODUCT IF PRODUCT HAS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY" ? No resolution on chat with agents / calls to ebay india. Check what your ebay guarantee program says,

Received a damaged/ non functional item?
Don't worry, you can reach out to us for a refund or replacement.
As part of the process, we will ask you to ship the item back to the seller with the original packing and invoice.
In most cases, we arrange a pick up from you, else, you can courier it directly to the seller and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Sometimes the seller may have missed dispatching accessories or warranty card, etc., in such cases, we will contact the seller to ensure you receive the courier at the earliest.

Where does you mentioned on your site :

Items with manufacturer warranty doesn't covered under ebay guarantee program. or Seller is authorised to ship damaged / faulty / refurbished product to buyer.
