Had order a product "fat 2 fit home gym set 50 kg weight 8 in 1 bench+3ft curl rod+5ft plain rod" and paid rs. 4350 on 2/5/2015. After i had raised a claim after 15 days. Finally received an incomplete product. The claim id: 1997784, paisapay id: [protected]. Have been following up with the seller and ebay team everyday. After another 10 days the ebay team. Every time i called the ebay team they inform me that the claim team is working on the issue and will provide an update in the next 24-18 hrs. After 15 days since the claim was open they inform me that i had not uploaded the pictures and thats why it is taking so long time. I send the pic on jun 3. Then got the first call from the ebay claim team on 10th june and they asked another 48 hr. I have called them on 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th. Everytime i call them they seem to be telling the same thing it is being looked in a priority basis and will update in the next 24 hrs.
